It began turning off on its own, and to make matters worse, water started leaking and splashing onto my living room floor. Their response was incredibly fast, and they were able to have a technician come out later that same day. The process was quick, but very thorough. The technician took his time inspecting the AC, then removed it from the window and completely opened it up. I was honestly shocked when I saw what was inside it looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in ages! There was an unbelievable amount of dirt and debris, the drainage was clogged, and water had accumulated inside the unit. This was my first time in 4 years getting my AC checked. Both technicians did an amazing job cleaning everything out, addressing the drainage problem, and getting the AC back into working condition. They were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in doing the job properly rather than just giving me a quick fix. I now have what feels like a brand-new, fully functional AC without having to spend money on replacing it.
